Job summary

SOSi is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support our government customer in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on advanced AI/ML architecture, responsible AI implementation, and scalable model deployment strategies to enable TRL progression from research to operations.

The candidate will productionize data science research, develop enterprise-ready AI/ML models with GPU, and drive deployment strategies across the organization while working in a secure environment with TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, model interpretability, and production of MLOps pipelines.
• Experience in productionizing data science research capabilities into enterprise-ready applications including AI/ML and deep learning models with GPU.

• Serves as a key technical resource for advanced AI/ML architecture, responsible AI implementation, and enterprise-scale model deployment strategies.
• Define AI strategies and roadmaps supporting TRL progression from research to operational deployment.

Qualifications

• Active in scope TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, model interpretability, and production of MLOps pipelines.
• Experience in productionizing data science research capabilities and analytics, with a focus on transforming these into enterprise-ready applications including AI/ML and deep learning models with GPU.
