Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer to lead machine learning engineering, bridge architecture with hands-on development, and drive end-to-end ML lifecycles from prototyping to production cloud deployment and monitoring.

You will guide the adoption of LLMs, VLMs, and OCR/document intelligence, design scalable pipelines, and mentor a growing team while partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive software engineering and AI/ML experience with hands-on leadership as Architect or Team Lead.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end ML pipelines for production workloads.
• Strong cloud, MLOps, and cost governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end ML pipelines and microservices for production workloads.
• Lead adoption of LLMs, VLMs, and OCR/Document Intelligence frameworks.
• Standardize model quantization, LoRA/PEFT fine-tuning, and multi-adapter serving architectures.
• Mentor an engineering team and align AI roadmaps with business goals.
