You will translate business needs into robust blueprints, write clean production code, and mentor juniors while ensuring security and documentation are top priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in designing and delivering enterprise AI/ML architectures.
• Experience selecting LLMs/SLMs or traditional ML models based on latency and cost.
• Proven ability to integrate AI with enterprise software securely.
• Strong Python expertise and API development experience.
• Hands-on with CI/CD for AI and model versioning.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable AI architectural blueprints.
• Write clean, modular production code and maintain docs.
• Tune, quantize, and prune models to meet performance targets.
