Credence in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s DAAS AI/ML modernization. This hands-on role blends deep software engineering with front-end UI/UX work, tackling real enterprise applications and improving interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations that executives and operators will actually use.

Qualifications
- Hands-on software engineering experience with front-end and UI/UX skills.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective UI dashboards.
- Experience with enterprise applications and data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and studying complex system requirements to inform software design and implementation decisions
- Designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses, and managing their implementation
- Managing software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques, and CASE tools
- Estimating software development costs and schedule, and communicating estimates and risks to program and project leadership
- Reviewing existing programs and assisting in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current
