EY in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will lead a team of AI Architects and work across AI, security, data, and infrastructure to deliver scalable Knowledge AI solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration in a hybrid environment with opportunities to influence enterprise AI strategy and IP development.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI memory and context architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Proven ability to lead architecture teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong background in AI frontier models, memory, and context management.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI native designs.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic chunking and search capabilities.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against eval standards.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive AI native design requirements across teams.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts to balance outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentorship within Knowledge/Data teams.
• Lead a team of experts building knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
