Job summary

Flywire is building an AI-native marketing technology function. As Senior AI Program Manager, you’ll own the design and deployment of AI-powered workflows that cut manual work and accelerate revenue.

Expect high autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on scalable data pipelines that surface actionable insights. You will lead initiatives across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment, while partnering with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align AI initiatives

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.
• Ability to translate manual workflows into AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with AI tools to automate work beyond content generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual workflows across marketing and replace with AI-driven solutions.
• Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.
• Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically.
• Create a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge foundation across product, personas, and market intelligence.
• Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to connect data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Build the technical foundation that improves Flywire’s discoverability in AI-driven search environments.
