Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior engineer to architect an agentic AI marketing platform. You will build end-to-end AI solutions, design multi-agent orchestration, and integrate AI into enterprise systems.

You will work closely with marketing teams to transform workflows, improve adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will own CI/CD, reliability, and performance optimizations for high-volume campaigns, reporting to senior marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience with AI technologies and tooling to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Experience shipping AI-powered systems and agentic workflows at scale.
• Experience evaluating AI systems with evaluation frameworks and data-driven development.
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms and APIs.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions end-to-end for marketing, from prototypes to production deployment.
• Develop AI agentic workflows and multi-step orchestration across systems.
• Integrate AI into enterprise data, APIs, and platforms with secure, scalable infra.
• Design and manage multi-agent pipelines with state persistence and error handling.
• Create user-friendly web UIs for non-technical marketing users to access AI workflows.
• Develop production tooling for content pipelines and asset generation.
• Establish evaluation harnesses, tests, and monitoring for quality and outcomes.
• Build custom AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs and enterprise systems.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance for LLM calls, caching, and cost management.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and leadership to align roadmaps with business outcomes.
