Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and scale an agentic AI platform for marketing, integrating AI APIs, data foundations, and enterprise systems. You will work alongside marketing teams to transform workflows, deliver production-grade tooling, and enable self-sufficient teams.

This role offers rare greenfield ownership at the intersection of AI, marketing operations, and developer tooling, with visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI/LLM-powered systems at scale.
• Experience designing multi-step agent systems with orchestration and context mgmt.
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI solutions for marketing workflows and campaigns.
• Develop agentic workflows with orchestration, tool usage, and context management.
• Integrate AI into enterprise data, APIs, and platforms with secure, reliable infra.
• Design and deploy the orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines.
• Create intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users (dashboards, builders).
• Produce production tooling for HTML/email templates, asset pipelines, and publishing workflows.
• Establish evaluation harnesses, tests, and monitoring for solution quality and reliability.
• Develop custom AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs and enterprise systems.
• Own CI/CD, regression testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerts.
• Optimize performance (caching, parallelization, cost of API calls).
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and leadership to align roadmaps with business outcomes.
