Job summary

The Dallas office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP seeks a Senior Innovation Engineer to design and deliver AI and low-code solutions, shipping Harvey workflows and Power Automate builds. You will support the AI & Innovation team and work in-office three days weekly with some travel.

You will partner with Learning & Technology Adoption, mentor colleagues, and act as a trusted AI advisor for attorneys and business professionals in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, legal studies, data science, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in legal technology or professional services.
• Hands-on experience with at least one generative AI platform (Harvey preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps).
• Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector stores, and grounding for legal content.
• REST APIs, JSON; familiarity with Power BI, SQL basics; light scripting.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for presenting to partners.
• Solid grounding in data governance, responsible AI, and information security.
• Familiarity with Lexis AI/Protégé, Wendell, Centari, Syntheia, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Harvey workflows with practice groups across multiple disciplines.
• Develop Power Automate and Power Platform solutions linking Harvey, Microsoft 365, and firm systems.
• Create and maintain RAG knowledge bases grounded in authoritative sources.
• Contribute reusable workflows, templates, and integration patterns for rapid reuse.
• Uphold responsible AI principles including privacy, transparency, and human oversight.
