Job summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer to support the Information Technology Department from Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Los Angeles offices. You will design secure AI and low-code solutions that assist attorneys, business professionals, and clients, shipping Harvey workflows and Power Platform solutions.

The role includes running interactive AI sessions, providing hands-on coaching, and acting as a trusted AI advisor.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in legal technology, enterprise solutions, knowledge innovation, or similar professional services.
Hands-on experience with at least one generative AI platform (Harvey preferred), including prompt design and workflow orchestration.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform; SharePoint Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Harvey workflows in partnership with practice groups.
Develop Power Automate and Power Platform solutions to connect Harvey, Microsoft 365, and firm systems of record.
Build and maintain RAG knowledge bases for AI tools with secure, source-grounded outputs.
Contribute to reusable workflows and templates for rapid deployment across the firm.
Adhere to Responsible AI principles—privacy, transparency, accountability, and human oversight.
