Job summary

Alignable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help scale web applications and drive AI-powered features for small businesses.

You will contribute to how AI features are built, design LLM-powered workflows, and define evaluation strategies, working across product, design, and business teams. You will own significant features end-to-end, collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer success, and help shape the architecture and quality standards for AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered features into production systems.
• Experience designing structured LLM evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of significant features from concept to production with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and drive technical discussions.
• Use data to drive rapid testing and iteration for feature improvements.
• Operate with autonomy, collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Design and iterate on LLM-powered features using structured evaluation frameworks.
• Build feedback loops leveraging user behavior and experimentation to refine outputs.
• Contribute to scalable LLM infrastructure and quality standards for AI outputs.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and inform feature improvements.
• Dive into data to derive insights and inform product direction.
• Mentor teammates and raise the technical bar through code reviews.
