Qualifications

• Ph.D. in computer science, computational biology, bioengineering, chemistry, physics, or related STEM field; 5+ years post-Ph.D. research, or MS with 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Advance generative design and optimization strategies across biotherapeutics.
• Lead and mentor computational scientists and AI researchers.
• Define data strategy for molecular design models and integration of diverse datasets.
• Build end-to-end design pipelines spanning generation, scoring, and nomination.
• Represent the organization to senior leadership and external partners.
