Qualifications

• PhD or MS with quantitative ML experience required.
• Fluency in Python and PyTorch; hands-on DL training on GPUs.
• Experience with multi-node or distributed runs.

Responsibilities

• Develop model architectures for sequence-structure generation and related tasks.
• Contribute novel ideas for foundation models in biotherapeutics.
• Run scale training and maintain configurations and results for reproducibility.
• Curate internal structure, sequence, and assay data with SME partners.
• Evaluate model outputs against experimental results and calibrate accordingly.
• Diagnose failures and propose architecture or data strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with protein scientists and automation teams to benchmark performance.
• Communicate results clearly to computational and wet-lab audiences; publish as appropriate.
