Qualifications

• PhD or MS with strong computational biology/chemistry background.
• Proven leadership in computational or generative molecular design.
• Experience designing training/evaluation datasets for design models.
• Strong Python skills and GPU computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design workstream for de novo biologics design.
• Guide conditioning, sampling, scoring, and optimization pipelines.
• Define technical strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor scientists and engineers; set technical standards.
• Collaborate with Foundation Models and validation teams.
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
