Job summary

Cooklist, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to own the delivery of AI-driven shopping experiences with national grocers. You will investigate issues, ship fixes, and scope large feature work with Product and Engineering, while guiding partner discussions and migrations.

You will work across APIs, data mappings, and integration tests, using AI coding tools daily to accelerate delivery and ensure reliable production deployments for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation/engineering with enterprise customers.
• Experience writing and debugging production code in a codebase.
• Proficient in Python; comfortable with Python/Django and tracing JS.
• Understanding REST/ GraphQL APIs, data mapping, retries, and logging.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into concrete delivery plans.
• Experience leading customer technical discussions and demos.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and trustworthy testing.

Responsibilities

• Own continuous implementation of AI Assistant and related capabilities.
• Investigate issues across systems, reproduce failures, and isolate causes.
• Ship fixes and integration improvements with tests and reviews.
• Scope and coordinate larger work with Product and Engineering.
• Lead technical discussions with partners and manage expectations.
• Triage requests and bring complex issues to engineers with evidence.
• Validate releases with testing and partner acceptance.
• Create reusable integration patterns and diagnostic tooling.
