Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced AI Integration Senior Analyst to join the Risk Analytics group. Design, build, and deploy AI agents using the bank's enterprise platform with emphasis on risk management and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has banking/risk domain experience, deep Python skills, and hands-on work with LLMs, prompts, and multi-agent workflows to deliver auditable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI or risk analytics.
• 2+ years building AI-powered applications or LLM workflows in banking or risk domain.
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience with prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design AI use cases for credit risk, portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews and other risk functions.
• Partner with Technology to deploy enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure trusted data pipelines for AI agents.
• Translate complex risk workflows into scalable auditable automated solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and AI community.
