Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years building AI-powered applications, agents, or LLM workflows.
• 2+ years in banking or risk/compliance with financial risk concepts.
• Advanced Python and multi-step AI workflows with LLMs.
• GenAI concepts: prompting, RAG, agent orchestration, reasoning.
• Integrating AI across APIs, databases, and enterprise data platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into scalable, auditable agent designs.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI use cases to support credit risk, portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews, and other mission-critical risk functions.
• Partner with Technology to transform AI use cases into enterprise-grade agent solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines deliver trusted data for AI agents.
• Translate risk workflows into scalable, auditable automated solutions with Risk leadership.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts; contribute to internal best practices and docs.
• Own the AI agent lifecycle; maintain, troubleshoot, and drive improvements with compliance focus.
• Stay current with LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI tooling.
• Ensure agent outputs meet data quality, auditability, and regulatory standards.
• Support Risk Analytics with dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to broader AI/ML strategy and governance frameworks.
