Job summary

General Motors is seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to design and scale enterprise integrations across Serval, SaaS platforms, and GM core systems. You will build secure, reusable pipelines and collaborate with product, security, and business stakeholders to enable reliable data flow and platform interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building enterprise-grade integrations across SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Strong Python and scripting/automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable integrations and pipelines.
• Define data mappings, transformations, and monitoring for reliable day-to-day operations.
• Modernize legacy interfaces into API-driven, event-based patterns.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, ILM, and PM teams to ensure compliant workflows.
• Develop LLM prompts, templates, and validation steps for AI-enabled processes.
