ClickUp is seeking a Senior AI Engineer focused on Multi-Agent Frameworks to join the AI Platform team. This backend-oriented role involves building a scalable platform for creating and deploying intelligent agents, with emphasis on coordinating multiple LLMs and complex workflows.

You will evaluate agent performance, stay ahead of AI advancements, and collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring data privacy and robust search

Qualifications

Proven experience integrating multiple LLMs and understanding their strengths/limits.
Expertise in orchestration software for building/controlling agent workflows.
Strong background in evaluating AI systems in complex tests and environments.
Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals with backend engineering focus.
Experience handling challenging AI privacy scenarios and data minimization.
Experience with search technologies and integrating them into AI platforms.
Experience building/deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a platform to create and manage AI agents and their interactions.
Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs for individual and coordinated agent operations.
Leverage LangGraph or similar frameworks to build complex agent workflows.
Develop evaluation frameworks for testing agents in challenging scenarios.
Stay updated with AI research to enhance agent capabilities.
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams for a seamless UX.
Address AI privacy considerations and ensure data protection best practices.
Enhance search capabilities and integrate them into the AI platform.
