Responsibilities include incident triage, runbook-based operations, and enabling AI tool adoption with a focus on FinOps and governance. A Bachelor’s degree with relevant IT experience or higher is expected, along with healthcare tech exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of demonstrated technical experience or an Associate degree plus 5 years of demonstrated technical experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology and operating systems management across large organizations.
• MCSE, CCNA or other IT certifications; strong documentation and IT governance knowledge.
• Strong communication in English and ability to work across multiple Mayo Clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support moderately complex systems software and hardware across Mayo Clinic sites.
• Lead issue triage, runbook-based operations, and enablement in AI tools projects.
• Partner with platform and business teams; drive adoption and governance with FinOps focus.
• Provide guidance on change management, service governance, and enterprise AI rollout.
