Qualifications

• Internship is after most courses are completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational engineering and support of enterprise AI and collaboration technologies.
• Test and validate new AI platform capabilities, configurations, integrations, connectors, and feature releases.
• Evaluate how tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot interact with enterprise environments.
• Assist engineers with configuration validation, troubleshooting, testing, and runbooks.
• Develop repeatable test plans, validation procedures, and support documentation.
• Investigate incidents, user-reported issues, and integration failures.
