Job summary

Peraton seeks an Information Management Specialist to design and implement AI-enabled C2 solutions on-site at Camp Smith, HI. You will support MARFORPAC IKM by architecting AI-driven data analytics, enabling real-time information sharing and enhanced decision-making across IM environments.

You will evaluate, integrate, and document technical requirements, lead architecture analyses, and coordinate migrations while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with BS/BA; 10+ with MS/MA; 7+ with PhD; Associate +14 or HS +16 considered.
• Experience using AI tools and capabilities for military/defense contexts.
• Familiarity with DOD, USMC culture and procedures.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in information systems and C2 systems including SharePoint, C2IE, CAS, GCCS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical writing skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI/ML models for data analysis and AI-enabled C2 solutions.
• Preprocess, integrate, validate, and visualize data for decision support.
• Develop dashboards with Palantir, Maven and/or Power BI.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions into C2 and IM systems to improve situational awareness.
• Lead assessments of IM architecture, including SIAs and SWOT analyses.
• Design analytics framework for real-time information sharing and decisions.
• Gather technical requirements for C2/IKM tools and translate to specs.
• Support SharePoint migrations, site architecture, permissions, and flows.
• Catalog IT systems, maintain documentation and matrices.
• Assess emerging tech for AI-focused accelerator efforts.
• Implement adaptive system enhancements for evolving IERs and collaboration.
• Explain complex AI/C2 concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure implementations meet security/compliance and ethical AI handling.
