Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an AI Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of AI/ML services within the Mission Planning Enterprise platform. You will drive high‑value AI use cases, ensuring secure, explainable deployment and governance across DevSecOps pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineering, IVV&E, and platform operations to advance AI capabilities that support mission planning and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of AI/ML architecture and delivery experience, with 3+ years in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and IVV&E workflows for AI/ML.
• Experience architecting AI services on modern platforms and integrating with DevSecOps.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of AI/ML services on the Mission Planning Enterprise platform.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases and govern secure, explainable deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, IVV&E, and platform operations to improve productivity and quality.
• Shape the AI capability roadmap aligned with mission objectives and cybersecurity needs.
