Job summary

Bumble is seeking a Senior AI Automation & Identity Engineer in Austin, Texas, to lead workforce identity automation across the enterprise. You will own end-to-end identity lifecycle workflows, manage SSO/MFA integrations, and drive identity governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in IAM and related infrastructure roles. Key responsibilities include building automations, supporting audits, and collaborating with IT and Security teams to enhance the identity infrastructure. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Engine, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep understanding of SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC authentication protocols.
• Experience building API-driven automations using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Direct experience supporting ITGC/SOX audits and identity-related compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain identity lifecycle automations including joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Own SSO and MFA integrations across enterprise SaaS applications.
• Design and support integrations between HRIS and identity providers.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring and incident response.
