Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience building scalable backend systems with deep expertise in Python.
• Experience building AI-powered product experiences or backend systems that support AI and ML workflows.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical problems and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve production AI agent systems for Bee, creating engaging ways for members to connect.
• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and agent workflows using PydanticAI and GCP.
• Contribute to technical direction and code quality standards through thoughtful system design and mentoring.
