Sandisk is seeking a Senior staff AI/HPC Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate advanced GPU-enabled AI infrastructure in Milpitas. You will build scalable AI testbeds, manage servers, networking, storage and software, and support cloud-scale and edge AI deployments.

The role involves memory-system research, co-design, and performance analysis across Sandisk’s AI workloads. You will drive optimization of vLLM, NVIDIA Dynamo, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, and SGLang based serving stacks, while

• Experience with AI infrastructure and HPC environments.
• Hands-on GPU cluster administration and orchestration.
• Familiarity with LLM serving platforms and AI workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Build and modify AI/HPC research infrastructure.
• Deploy and optimize LLM serving platforms.
• Characterize AI workloads and memory/storage requirements.
• Evaluate AI memory and storage architectures.
• Develop digital twins and simulations for AI systems.
