Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst to join our AI Automation team. You will evaluate, implement, optimize, and support AI and automation solutions that improve workflows and patient care.

Reports to the VP, Enterprise Analytics & Data Science. 1.0 FTE, remote eligible; location limited to WI, MN, IA with occasional travel between La Crosse and Green Bay regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and education.
• 4+ years of professional experience in applicable field.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Assist with evaluation, testing, configuration and deployment of AI tools and technologies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new technologies.
