Job summary

Oracle in Burlington, MA is seeking an experienced System Technical Lead to own board designs and lead cross‑functional engineering efforts for server and rack-scale systems. You will coordinate with Oracle teams and external partners, influence architecture decisions, and drive hardware integration from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with several years of hardware design experience.
• Experience owning board designs end-to-end including schematic capture and PCB implementation.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed signaling, PCB stackup, and power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own board designs including component selection, schematic capture, floorplanning, and electrical analysis.
• Design and integrate processor, accelerator, memory, power delivery, storage, and networking circuitry with high-speed interfaces.
• Define PCB constraints and collaborate with CAD designers on routing and stackup.
• Lead hardware validation plans, prototype bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, FPGA, firmware/software, validation, and operations engineering.
