Job summary
Tiger Analytics is recruiting an seasoned leader to drive growth in its Insurance business unit through hyperscaler and data platform partnerships. The role demands deep domain knowledge in BFSI/Healthcare and a proven ability to build strong relationships across partners and clients.
Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-level AI/ML solutions, mentor teams, and shape data science roadmaps in collaboration with Tiger’s Partnership and Sales teams.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Data & AI consulting and/or tech solutioning experience (preferably BFSI/Healthcare).
- 5+ years driving partner ecosystem growth with tech/AI platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proven leadership in AI/ML services with a track record of growth and business development.
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives for Insurance vertical through partnerships and alliances with hyperscalers and data platforms.
- Identify and exploit net-new opportunities within client relationships via partner channels.
- Translate client problems into scalable data science/AI solutions with cross-team collaboration.
- Define data science roadmaps aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide technical teams delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
