Job summary

Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine where agents make distribution decisions, creative is generated and iterated at scale, and the system compounds intelligence across every product. You’ll be the second builder on this engine, working with the lead architect to ship robust automation for growth workstreams.

You’ll own integrations, reliability, and clear documentation for every workflow, collaborating across paid growth, lifecycle messaging, and organic channels to accelerate growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations — REST, webhooks, auth patterns, and error handling at scale.
• Experience working with LLM APIs — prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
• Comfort working from a spec and turning workflows into production without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration workflows across growth use cases, automating decisions and executions across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, and CRO.
• Develop integrations between AI reasoning layer, growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experiments, and analytics tools.
• Create shared agent infrastructure components, including reusable workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients.
• Ensure monitoring, audit logging, and governance for traceable and evolvable workflows.
