Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine where agents make distribution decisions, creative is generated at scale, and intelligence compounds across products.

As AI Engineer, Growth, you will be the second builder on this engine, delivering agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations powering paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, webhooks, auth patterns) and scalable error handling.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use and agent chaining.
• Comfort working from a spec to implement workflows without hand-holding.
• Growth or marketing context and a mindset focused on delivering impact at speed.
• Balance speed with quality and reliability in production work.

Responsibilities

• Build velocity across new growth workstreams from spec to production.
• Create and maintain agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations.
• Develop shared infrastructure components, prompt libraries, and integration clients.
• Implement monitoring and audit logging for governance and improvement.
• Design and operate creative/content generation pipelines across growth channels.
