Kraken is seeking a Growth Workflow Specialist (Performance & Paid Growth) to bridge paid channels and AI-driven automation. You will define signal-driven workflows, specify guardrails, and collaborate with engineers to implement agent-based automations.

The role focuses on performance across major paid channels, CRO, incentives, referrals, and cross-channel workflows, turning strategic visions into scalable automated growth systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth at scale across major paid channels.
• Able to map a growth workflow as triggers, decisions, actions and measurements.
• Comfort reading dashboards, interpreting signals from noise, and defining optimization targets.
• Willingness to learn AI system communication and improve outputs.
• Clear, precise workflow specification writing is essential.
• Demonstrates proactive ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth and audience processing.
• Translate workflow specs into working agent automations with the build team.
• QA agent outputs and define corrections to improve system performance.
• Refine AI-generated creatives and copy with domain judgment.
• Define and maintain knowledge-base inputs, rules and guardrails.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve the automation engine.
• Extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and cross-channel workflows.
