Job summary

Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine where agents make decisions, content is generated at scale, and systems improve learning across products. As AI Engineer, Growth, you’ll be the second builder on the engine, implementing agent orchestration, automated workflows, and system integrations powering paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations — REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale.
• Experience with LLM APIs — prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
• Comfort working from a spec and translating it into production workflows without hand-holding.
• Growth or marketing context to align work with business outcomes.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in delivery.

• Ensure integration reliability and maintain connections as tools evolve.
