Highrise AI is seeking a senior AI Cluster Integration Engineer to bring large-scale GPU compute clusters from physical installation to validated, production-ready deployments. You will work with a team of senior infra engineers on bare-metal provisioning, kernel/configuration tuning, and cluster software stacks to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Linux systems engineering, HPC, cloud, or large-scale infrastructure experience, with senior troubleshooting.
• Proven experience bringing GPU or HPC clusters into production and meeting performance/reliability targets.
• Strong expertise in Linux, automation (Python/Bash/Ansible), bare-metal provisioning, configuration management, and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPUs, NCCL, Field Diagnostics, and multi-node performance testing.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Slurm; familiarity with high-speed Ethernet, InfiniBand/RDMA, and parallel/distributed storage.]

Responsabilités

• Lead bring-up of AI clusters through production readiness and customer handoff.
• Validate baselines across BIOS/BMC, firmware, GPU drivers, OS, and cluster software stacks.
• Deploy and optimize automated bare-metal provisioning, imaging, node configuration, and lifecycle workflows.
• Configure Linux and GPU systems, including kernel, drivers, and host-level performance settings.
• Integrate and validate Kubernetes and Slurm environments with platform/network/ops teams.
• Perform fault diagnosis, run NCCL tests, and evaluate GPU benchmarks at scale.
• Own acceptance criteria, evidence, defect tracking, remediation, and readiness for service.
• Provide technical status, risk, and acceptance recommendations to leadership.
