Highrise AI is seeking a principal-level, hands-on AI Network Engineer to bring large-scale GPU cluster networks from physical installation to fully configured, validated operation. You will lead network fabric bring-up, high-speed interconnects, and integration with storage and management stacks across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on data center or high-performance networking experience.
• Experience deploying large-scale, low-latency networks for AI/HPC, cloud, or distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Ethernet/InfiniBand, RDMA/RoCE, routing and switching.
• Experience with 200/400/800G networking, NICs, optics, and telemetry.
• Proficiency with Linux networking and network automation using Python/Ansible; familiarity with related tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead network fabric bring-up for AI clusters, including switch initialization, host connectivity, and production readiness.
• Configure and integrate high-speed networks (Ethernet/InfiniBand), RDMA, and related storage and management networks.
• Validate topology, routing, redundancy, addressing, and interoperability across switches and NICs.
• Develop automation, runbooks, and baselines for fabric deployment and maintenance.
• Provide Tier 3 engineering escalation for production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
