Job summary

Open Systems Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager specializing in Governance and Responsible AI to lead cross-functional AI projects in the financial services sector. You will oversee inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate business and technical stakeholders, act as Scrum Master when needed, and drive ethical, compliant AI solutions while maintaining schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 7+ years in technical project management with at least 3 years leading AI/ML projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks, ethical AI, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical AI projects to defined scope, goals, and budget.
• Drive AI governance and Responsible AI compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of necessary documentation and secure required approvals.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, ensure delivery.
• Operate as Scrum Master in Agile environments when needed and facilitate ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements for data scientists and engineers and ensure mutual understanding.
• Provide status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum and team dynamics.
• Uphold accountability and drive strategic AI priorities.
