Zusammenfassung

GSK is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a significant AI product area, spanning modelling workflows and user-facing applications. You will set API, AI integration, and observability standards, design agentic research systems, and mentor junior engineers.

You will own architecture across modelling pipelines, platforms and interfaces, drive frontend architecture, and guide API design decisions.

Qualifikationen

Eight-plus years of combined experience across applied ML or data science and full‑stack engineering, with significant leadership in delivering complex AI products.
Expertise across the AI product stack, including modelling and evaluation, modern frontend frameworks, backend services and cloud deployment.

Aufgaben

Set technical direction for the product area and its modelling pipelines, defining boundaries, evaluation strategies and trade‑offs on performance, reliability and cost.
Design agentic research systems and AI-driven development patterns for engineering teams.
Partner with product, design and research to shape what gets built and communicate trade‑offs clearly.
Lead API layer design and standards across the product area; ensure scalable backend architecture.
Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers to improve delivery capability.
Lead frontend architecture and LLMOps for the product area, including evaluation pipelines and production monitoring.
