Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering production AI-native solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Rust with full-stack capabilities.
• Experience with AI models, GenAI tooling, and frontier AI frameworks.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid engineering, deployment, and scaling of mission-critical AI native solutions for the federal government.
• Architect, build, and deploy rapid prototypes using frontier AI tools and frameworks.
• Translate complex mission problems into actionable technical roadmaps and implementable designs.
• Coordinate reach-back to broader AFS resources to leverage firm-wide expertise.
