Job summary

You will own organizational outcomes, set technical direction across concurrent programs, and build a high-performing FDE team with 30+ engineers, while traveling 30–50% to customer sites and AWS teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience
• 5+ years engineering management experience (managers or large teams)
• 8+ years leading design and architecture of large-scale production systems
• Experience defining technical strategy and delivery standards across multiple programs
• Experience communicating technical and organizational strategy to executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the FDE delivery organization across multiple customer engagements and pods; staff and structure teams; define engagement models and delivery cadences; travel 30–50%.
• Define technical strategy and standards for complex AI programs; align with AWS teams and influence strategic decisions; resolve escalations with peers and stakeholders.
• Own production excellence at organizational scale; define standards and readiness criteria; drive improvements across all engagements.
• Build and scale the FDE team; hire, develop and retain talent; drive performance management and succession planning.
• Accelerate transformation across the portfolio; create accelerators and reusable platforms; influence product roadmaps.
