Job summary

G2, a leading software marketplace, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build end-to-end AI-powered products. You will lead cross-functional delivery from concept through release, collaborating with stakeholders to drive product strategy and technical excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of enterprise-scale experience, strong TS/JavaScript or Python skills, and a background in AWS, data modeling, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript or Python and modern web frameworks (React/Next.js or Rails).
• Experience owning full-stack development and APIs.
• Strong understanding of data schemas, databases, and AWS infrastructure; performance testing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and agent-first features across the full stack from architecture to release.
• Design agents that apply prompts, context, tools and model reasoning to user journeys.
• Ensure solutions are observable, maintainable, scalable and production-ready.
• Validate functionality via traditional QA and model-based evals; ensure measurable quality.
