Outmarket AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of critical parts of their AI-powered product. You will lead the design and delivery of features, set quality standards, and mentor junior engineers. This position offers flexibility with remote work and a significant impact on the company's technical direction.

Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of experience, proficient in Python and/or TypeScript, and a proven record in fast-paced environments. Bonus points for familiarity with LLM-integrated products and startup experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software.
• Deep proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, plus strong SQL and system design.
• Track record of owning features end to end in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and operation of features spanning AI, backend, and frontend.
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions and drive them to production.
• Mentor engineers and review work to keep velocity and quality high.
