Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management adoption across the portfolio. You will lead the enterprise discipline framework, craft discovery to post-launch processes, and mentor teams in changing how we work.

You will embed AI-native practices, create reusable playbooks, and partner with Product Management and Readiness teams to scale adoption and awareness across Cox. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Experience driving large-scale organizational change.
