Job summary

Cyclotron is seeking a Senior AI-native engineer to own a product area end-to-end in a fully remote role across the US and Canada. You will blend product thinking with hands-on software design, AI-assisted development, and scalable SaaS architecture.

You will translate business goals into user workflows, design polished dashboards, and guide implementation from discovery to iteration, collaborating with Product and Engineering while moving work forward independently.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with the ability to own product areas end-to-end.
• Advanced fluency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong product judgment and user-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas from discovery through design, implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Translate objectives into user workflows, requirements, and technical plans.
• Design polished SaaS workflows and architecture across frontend/backend.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and testing.
• Review AI-generated code for production-quality outcomes.
• Communicate requirements, tradeoffs, risks, and status clearly.
• Drive progress independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
