Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a senior, AI-native engineer who can own a product area from vague business goals to a polished SaaS solution. You will define user workflows, validate architecture, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and security.

This role emphasizes independence and cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have senior engineering experience, strong product judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with ability to design, build, validate, and improve production software.
• Demonstrated product judgment to understand users, workflows, and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and progressing without detailed tickets.
• Advanced fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Ability to orchestrate AI tools effectively in real-world SAAS contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end from discovery through iteration.
• Translate objectives into clear user workflows, requirements and plans.
• Identify missing pieces, surface risks, and propose better approaches.
• Design and build polished SaaS workflows with dashboards, forms, and views.
• Make architecture decisions across data models, APIs, frontend/backend, and security.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Review and test AI-generated code for production quality.
• Communicate requirements, trade-offs, and status clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive work forward with product, engineering, design, and business teams.
