Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Senior Staff Orchestration Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise orchestration and AI-first solutions. The role blends software engineering, AI, and enterprise architecture to automate complex cross-functional processes across FOX platforms.

You will design patterns, mentor engineers, and empower teams to operate with an AI-first, automation-first operating model.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise software systems.
Strong hands-on experience with API-driven integration and orchestration patterns.
Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Node.js in production environments.
Familiarity with AI services, LLMs, and AI-first workflows.
Ability to decompose ambiguous problems into scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end orchestration solutions across enterprise systems, APIs, data, events, and AI services.
Define architecture patterns and reusable approaches to scale beyond single workflows.
Build AI-first workflows using LLMs, APIs, and deterministic business logic.
Prototype and productionize solutions, partnering with stakeholders across teams.
Ensure security, governance, and observability in orchestration platforms.
