Job summary

FOX is seeking a Senior Staff Orchestration Engineer to drive the architecture and delivery of advanced enterprise orchestration and AI‑first technical solutions. As a hands‑on technical leader, you will design solutions that combine enterprise APIs, event‑driven architectures, orchestration platforms, and AI capabilities—including large language models—to rethink how work gets done.

You will mentor engineers and partner with security, governance, and operations to scale FOX's automation.

Qualifications

8+ years designing and delivering complex enterprise software, integration, automation, or orchestration.
Own architecture and technical direction for initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams.
Deep API-driven integration expertise: REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, JSON, error handling.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end orchestration solutions across applications, data, events, and AI services.
Define patterns for scalable enterprise orchestration and reusable approaches beyond single workflows.
Build AI-first workflows and agentic solutions combining LLMs, data, APIs, tools, and deterministic logic.
Prototype rapidly, present to stakeholders, and productionize successful concepts with security and reliability.
