MONSOON MONSOON is seeking a senior Google Ads expert who works AI-first to analyze, optimize, automate, and scale performance. You’ll own accounts end-to-end in a small, senior team, with English as the working language and direct client conversations.

We value 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong product-feed skills, and fluent English. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage budgets, and influence how accounts are run with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats.
• Experience with AI-native tooling to automate tasks.
• Strong English communication for clients.
• Hands-on product feeds management with Shopping/GM.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and scale Google Ads campaigns across formats.
• Manage budgets across markets and meet CPA/ROAS targets.
• Build and maintain product feeds (Shopping, PMax).
• Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, GTM).
• Report performance and provide clear client recommendations.
• Run tests across bidding, feeds, audiences, creatives.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and client teams.
• Own accounts and drive business impact.
