Pantheon Data is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-First) to design, build, and maintain modern software systems across UI, API, and data layers. You will lead agentic development using AI tools, review agent-produced code, and ensure security and reliability in distributed environments.

Ideal candidates bring extensive full stack experience, AI-first expertise, and strong architectural judgment, with a track record of delivering production-grade software in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with full stack scope.
• Experience establishing AI-first development practices and guardrails.
• Experience writing specs, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns for agents.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and redirect agents when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first development and agent orchestration, ensuring code quality and adherence to specs.
• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end components for modern web apps.
• Develop RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Implement secure, scalable cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members, review designs, and contribute to engineering standards.
