Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of software development experience, pharma/Life Sciences a plus.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java; strong UI framework experience (React JS).
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience building AI applications.
• Experience with LangChain and AWS cloud services (Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LLM-native and agentic applications as long-lived products with human-in-the-loop patterns and governance.
• Build scalable, reliable Python/Java backends and React-based frontends.
• Maintain and improve SaaS and in-house applications ensuring availability and performance.
• Implement microservices on AWS and CI/CD pipelines; monitor model performance and drift.
