Job summary

ClearJet is hiring senior full stack engineers to build the system that moves freight, from database schema to the operator UI. This AI-first role emphasizes judging and verifying agent-driven code, not manual hand‑coding, with ownership across API, data models, UI, tests, and deployment.

You will work on a pragmatic stack using Python/Django, DRF, PostgreSQL, Redis, and a TypeScript/Next.js frontend, with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production web applications with server and client depth.
• Strong Python—Django—DRF experience and relational data modeling.
• Proficiency with TypeScript/Next.js and front-end performance considerations.
• Solid SQL/PostgreSQL experience including live data migrations.
• Experience integrating third‑party APIs and building AI‑driven workflows.
• Excellent written English and ability to reason about architecture and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: API, data model, UI, tests, release, and operation.
• Develop backend services with Django/DRF and scalable Postgres schemas.
• Build fast, accessible front-ends with TypeScript/Next.js.
• Integrate carrier, airline, and tracking APIs with robust error handling.
• Leverage AI tooling to plan, implement, and review code.
• Write tests, maintain release gates, and monitor in production.
